No Bake
Fudge Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1 cup soy milk
½ cup cocoa
3 cups oats
1/3 cup vegan spread
½ cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup coconut flakes
Directions:
In a cooking pan, add the soy milk,
cocoa and sugar.
Heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
After it boils, let it continue to boil
for a few minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add all of the remaining ingredients.
Stir and mix well.
Put spoonfuls on wax paper.
Let set for several minutes to cool.
Ready to serve.
